1. Data we collect

• From Facebook, LINE or Google sign-in: display name, email address and profile picture, limited to what you approve. We never receive your password.
• Shipping details: recipient name, phone number and address (house number, street, sub-district, district, province, postal code).
• Card content: photos you upload, wish messages, sender and recipient names, the theme and design you choose.
• Order data: order code, status and the payment method you select. We do not store your card numbers on our systems.
• Essential technical data: session cookies that keep you signed in, and your language preference.

2. Purposes and legal bases

• Contract performance: producing, printing and delivering the card you ordered.
• Consent: use of the AI wish assistant and any non-essential cookies.
• Legitimate interest: fraud prevention, platform security and service quality improvements.
• Legal obligation: accounting and tax records.
• We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use social profile data for cross-site tracking or advertising.

3. AI Wish Generator transparency

The AI Wish Generator runs on the Google Gemini API and is always optional.

• When you use the assistant, we send only the context needed to draft a message: the occasion, relationship, tone and the nickname you typed.
• We never send your email address, phone number, shipping address or photos to the AI provider.
• Data sent through the Gemini API is not used to train or improve AI models.
• You can always write the message yourself, and every AI draft is fully editable before printing.

4. Auto-Archive — permanent deletion within 45 days

This is our strongest safeguard: we do not keep your memory photos and shipping addresses forever.

• High-resolution photos you upload and the recipient shipping address are permanently deleted from our servers within 45 days after the card has been produced and delivered.
• This is a real file deletion from storage, not a hidden record, and it cannot be undone.
• We retain only a small thumbnail preview and the order data required by accounting and tax law.
• If you want to keep the original photos, please save them on your own device before the deadline.

5. Sharing with third parties

We share only what is required to deliver your order.

• Payment providers: to process payments securely. We do not store your card details.
• Logistics companies: recipient name, phone number and address, limited to what delivery requires.
• Infrastructure processors acting on our instructions: Supabase (database and authentication) and Google Gemini (AI text processing).
• Government authorities, where required by a lawful order.
• In Fandom Campaigns we forward only the printed cards to the designated destination. Fan email addresses and phone numbers are never disclosed to artists or agencies.
• Beyond the above, we do not disclose, trade or sell your data to third parties for marketing.

6. Cookies we use

• Essential cookies: keeping you signed in, security and language preference. These cannot be switched off.
• Experience cookies: remembering your card draft and design choices so you can continue where you left off.
• You can choose "Essential only" in the cookie bar, and change your decision later through the "Cookie settings" link.

7. Your rights as a data subject

• Request access to and a copy of your data.
• Request correction of inaccurate or outdated data.
• Request erasure of your data or account (right to be forgotten), where no legal duty requires retention.
• Withdraw consent at any time, for example for the AI assistant or non-essential cookies.
• Request data portability in a machine-readable format.
• Object to or restrict processing, and lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Committee.
• We respond to complete requests within 30 days.

8. Data security

• Data is transmitted over TLS encryption and stored on infrastructure protected by Row Level Security policies.
• Our team accesses data only as needed for production and after-sales support.
• In the event of a high-risk data breach, we notify affected users and the regulator within the legally required timeframe.
