Terms of Use
These Terms form an agreement between you (the "User") and fondly ("we", "us") for the use of our website and our keepsake card design and printing service. By using the service or placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms.
1. Using the service and signing in with Social Login
- We offer sign-in through Facebook, LINE and Google for convenience and security. We receive only the basic profile data you approve: display name, email address and profile picture.
- We never receive or store the password of your social account, and we never request permission to post on your behalf.
- You must be at least 13 years old, or have consent from a parent or guardian, to use the service.
- You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for orders placed through your account.
- You may disconnect a social account, or request deletion of your account and data, at any time.
2. Intellectual property
- Photos, wish messages and any content you upload remain fully yours (User-Generated Content).
- You grant us a limited licence to use that content solely to produce, print and deliver the card you ordered.
- Card designs, layouts, illustrations, theme templates, trademarks and the fondly brand name remain our intellectual property.
- You may not upload content that infringes copyright, is unlawful, obscene or promotes hatred.
3. Customized goods policy
- Every fondly card is made to order and cannot be resold.
- Once you confirm an order and it enters production, it cannot be cancelled, edited or refunded.
- Printing defects or transit damage: we reprint free of charge or issue a full refund when reported within 7 days with photos.
4. Fandom Campaign rules
- Campaign destination addresses are private and never shown to users.
- Benefit badges state the amount per card and purpose clearly.
- fondly is not an agent of or endorsed by any artist or agency unless stated on the campaign page.
5. Liability and changes
- The service is provided as is. Maximum liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.
- These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand.

ข้อตกลงการใช้บริการ
ข้อตกลงฉบับนี้เป็นข้อผูกพันระหว่างคุณกับ fondly ในการใช้เว็บไซต์และบริการออกแบบและสั่งพิมพ์การ์ดความทรงจำ การเข้าใช้งานหรือการสั่งซื้อถือว่าคุณได้อ่านและยอมรับข้อตกลงนี้แล้ว

- ผู้ใช้ต้องมีอายุ 13 ปีขึ้นไป หรือได้รับความยินยอมจากผู้ปกครอง
2–5. ทรัพย์สินทางปัญญา สินค้าสั่งทำ Fandom และข้อจำกัดความรับผิด
- เนื้อหาที่คุณอัปโหลดยังคงเป็นของคุณ ดีไซน์และแบรนด์ fondly เป็นของเรา
- การ์ดผลิตตามสั่ง ไม่ยกเลิก/คืนเงินหลังเข้าสู่กระบวนการพิมพ์ ยกเว้นชำรุดจากการพิมพ์หรือขนส่ง
- ข้อตกลงนี้อยู่ภายใต้กฎหมายไทย
